Ingredients:
1 package of Cream Cheese (softened)
1 package of Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained)
1 package of Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 cup of Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
1 cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In bowl, combine softened cream cheese, spinach, bacon and cheese
Mix together until fully combined
Top with a layer of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Bake for 15-20 min or until cheese on top has melted

BOXT Profile Five is full of BIG flavor, so it needed a dish that could stand up to it! The bacon in this dish really takes the flavor over the top and the big tannins in Profile Five are the perfect balance to the cream cheese and cheddar cheese!
