Trader Joe’s St. Patrick’s Day Cheese Board

This week has been a weird week. But, cheese always makes everything better and making these boards is always a lot of fun. SO… despite the cancellations for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, I still wanted to share this themed board. This would be a great board to save for next year’s festivities, or if you need a little pick me up, you can throw this together for your stay-at-home weekend (if you can brave the Trader Joe’s crowds that is!)

  • Dutch Gouda ($3.96) OR Rosemary and Olive Oil Asiago ($4.23)

First, I lay out the Brie cheese (top left corner) and the two glass dishes with Cornichons and Gold wrapped Almond Butter Dark Chocolate cups (the pot of gold!)

Next, I put out the fruit rainbow – starting with the raspberries. Next up, the dried apricots and pineapple. Then grapes, blueberries and blackberries.

Next up, I cut the cheese and place it on the board. I cut the Gouda into small rectangles and the Irish porter into triangles (bottom right corner). For the Bowland Cheddar, I removed the rind and placed the rind on the board (top right corner). Then, I cut the cheese into small cubes and filled in the rind!

Finally, I add in the salami (folded) and crackers and TA-DA! Easy as that.
