Wine Country Bachelorette Trip - Sonoma

A memory popped up recently on my phone to remind me that last March (2019) I was in absolute heaven on earth with my best girlfriends in Wine Country.

My current situation is sitting at my desk in our guestroom, not quite as glamorous, so I thought I would take today to reflect back on one of my favorite weekends – cue all the feels. I’ve previously written about our Napa itinerary, but as I mentioned in that post, we usually split the days (one in Napa and one in Sonoma) and I promised that I would also recap our time in Sonoma.

As I mentioned before, we stayed at the CUTEST Airbnb in Sonoma, so I’m showing it again here because I love it so much. I will 100% book this house again for my next trip out there.

We spent Saturday in Sonoma and started off our morning at

Gloria Ferrer

By now you should know that I always start each day in wine country with some bubbles! Not only do I love the sparkling wine at Gloria Ferrer, but I am always so in awe of THE VIEW. It’s beautiful. I’ve visited once before and both times we have had the best service and had such a blast here, so Gloria Ferrer is high on my list of wineries to visit.

Next up, we made the short trip over to Ram’s Gate Winery!

Ram’s Gate Winery

We truly had the best seat in the house next to very large windows that overlooked the vineyards and even though it was raining, the view was STUNNING. We sat on comfy couches, had the BEST service, drank a lot of DELICIOUS wine and took A TON of photos (if you’ve been following along on IG for a while, you’ll know there were a lot of hat pics taken here). Ram’s Gate was truly one of the highlights of this trip and I can’t wait to go back again!

Sonoma NEVER disappoints and I look forward to making many more trips out there! There are so many wineries there that I haven’t been able to visit yet, so looking forward to crossing more off my list! Do you have any favorite Sonoma stops? If so, leave them in the comments below!
