If you’re not a big fan of mushrooms – I’d recommend subbing the Mushroom Flatbread with the Ham, Caramelized Onions and Gruyere Flatbread. For the cheese, I would substitute a plain Brie with blackberry jam in place of the Mushroom Brie.
