BOXT Profile Three & Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers
If you’ve known me for a bit, you know that my favorite pairing is anything spicy with a wine that’s a little bit sweet!
I don’t want to play favorites… but out of all 6 pairings I’m sharing with you this week, this one may be in the lead! My favorite pairing with my all-time favorite football snack… a perfect match!

Ingredients:
Jalapeños (I used 10)
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 package of Bacon
1/2 cup of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt (to taste!)
Pinch of Pepper (to taste!)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut jalapeños in half and scoop out seeds
Mix together cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese mixture and place on parchment lined baking sheet
Wrap each jalapeño half with bacon
Bake for 20 min or until bacon is cooked through
